January

Here are some updated pictures of the kids from this month. Kinlee is 8 months old and CRAWLING! I am glad she isn't as fast as Corbin was (he was seriously a speed crawler...he was SO fast) She is my mellow baby and I love her sweet little spirit. She has 5 teeth...2 on bottom and all of a sudden (like with in 2 days of each other) got 3 top teeth! She is a chatter box and says "mamama" and "dadada" all day. Corbin started suvival swim lessons this month and after 4 lessons has decided all of a sudden that he loves it. (Except when they have him float on his back) He cracks us up all day with the crazy things he says. Anyway, here are some pictures.
corbin dumped out all the laundry...and decided him and kinlee needed to sit in there. he obviously loved it.
haha, both eating their toys...totally normal.
naked babies getting ready for bed :)
haha so cute. check out kinlees chubby arms and legs back there!

And now that I am caught up...heres to a better blogging life in 2011! Fun things we have to look forward to:
HAWAII in February, the Ice carnival in McCall the next two weekends, and our family trip to California for 10 days in May!

Road Trip

A couple weekend ago (Jan 8-10) Kinlee and I hopped in the car with my parents to head to Utah for a shopping trip with Cori and to see some family. We had a blast even though it was a short trip. We stopped in Logan to drop off a table for Nate and Cori, and I made Kinlee a bottle and then proceeded to forget the entire bottle of formula there...and we weren't going back until the last night. So we made due with just enough formula from the grocery store (and a little in the diaper bag) to make it literally until she drank the last drop and needed another bottle the last night. Oh boy. We had a jammed pack weekend of eating, seeing Grandma and Grandpa (Kinlee got to meet her GG Siddoway's for the 1st time!) shopping, laughing and hanging out. I was obsessed with the Hunger Games books and finished the second book on this trip and of course hated myself for not bringing the 3rd book with me. Anyway, it was a fun getaway and I can't wait to do it again! Thanks Mom and Dad for letting Kinney girl and I tag along :)
All bundled up and loving the outlets in Park City! (Or maybe that was just her mom)
Dinner for Nate's birthday at California Pizza kitchen
Plastic sacks are the result of hours of entertainment....of course with adult supervision.

Christmas

I am trying to catch up on my blog! So we shall start with Christmas. As usual we had a great Christmas seeing all of our family. Chris and I always have a hard time actually waiting for Christmas to open our presents. Last year and the year before I believe we actually opened all of our presents a week before. What can I say...we both suck at surprises :) (So does my mom for the record...lol) But when you find a fabulous gift, and you just KNOW they will love it...well....waiting to give it to them is just plain hard.
Don't they both just look thrilled?! haha
Aw, there are my happy smiling kids.
 Just eating ornaments...no big deal.
Here are the cousins on the Siddoway side of the family, Corbin 2 1/2, Aiden 3 1/2, Kinlee 7 months
The little rascals "playing" the piano
Papa Siddoway probably telling them to sit down for a second and open presents :)
opening a couple more presents :) (pictures from Christmas at our house are all on the video camera)

Yay my very own DVD player!!
 Uncle Nate and Aunt Cori
I guess Kinlee's not too sure about them ;)
"oh boy!" LOTS of our favorite Disney movies!!! (BEST present ever!!)
And here we are Christmas morning
Uncle Jeff and the boys

Fast asleep about 2 seconds after we left my parents house, but perfect for our ride to McCall!

So we started out at my parents house on Christmas eve and did a gift exchange with my siblings and had dinner. Cori and Nate we in town for a few nights so it was fun to hang out with them since we hardly ever get to see them! (And since our Thanksgiving plans fell through for going to UT due to massive amounts of snow) Anyway, then we drove around and looked at some lights. We woke up Christmas morning and did Christmas with just our little family. Apparently Corbin was on the nice list this year because Santa sure did spoil him!! It was so much fun to see his face light up Christmas morning and to see all the new toys he had. Kinlee was happier with the wrapping paper than her actual presents (or course...babies are so easy to please). Then we headed to my parents house and opened presents and ate breakfast, and then we were on our way to McCall for Christmas with the Christensens! Whew!

Corbin figured out how to take pictures on his own (okay I may have helped him a little, so these next pictures are his work)
 Grandma Judy
 Papa Gary
 Jeremy...and Megan peeking over
 chillin
crazy monkey boy...and I did rotate this picture, so I dont know why its like this. Pretend its not like this.

And crazy Aunt Mimi for our last picture :) (Also courtesy of Corbin boy)

We were lucky to get in some fun skiing days at Tamarack. We decided to get passes to Tamarack instead of Brundage this year, and I am glad we did because it is nice to switch things up. Corbin was spoiled with his very own skiis this year, and we haven't tested them out yet but we plan to do it soon. We may have jumped the gun a bit early with him...since he is only 2, but we thought he would love it. Plus Shaun White started snowboarding when he was 2 and look at him now! haha. It was fun having all the Christensens together in the same cabin this year. Corbin just loves his cousins and had such a blast playing with everyone. And Kinlee of course got tons of attention from everyone. We are blessed!
